Tim Nixon – Consultant
Tim specialises in corporate and commercial law. His expertise includes a broad range of transactions, including M&A, capital raisings, joint ventures, company start-ups, commercial contracting, restructuring and corporate governance. Tim generally advises privately-held companies and has experience across a range of industry sectors, including facilities management, technology, mining & resources, crypto, trade services and retail.
Tim worked for over 18 years in several large and mid-size law firms in Perth, London and Sydney prior to joining MJF Law.
